Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

  1. The draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Anglian Water Services, its subsidiaries or agents, or any person professionally connected with this activity.
  1. No purchase is necessary for entry. To enter, complete the details requested. The closing date for entry is 30th November 2009.
  1. Only one entry is allowed per person, irrespective of the number of vouchers that are downloaded during the period.
  1. The prize is valid for one double/twin room (for up to two people) for a two night stay at the Park Farm Hotel, Norwich including three course dinner per person each night and full breakfast. Travel to the hotel and the use of any facilities at the hotel which is subject to a charge is not included.
  1. The prize must be taken by 31st March 2010, and excludes Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day and Bank Holiday weekends (Friday to Monday). All other dates are subject to availability. No cash or other prize alternative is available, and unless agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
  1. Once a booking is confirmed, travel dates are not changeable.
  1. The winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision and notified by email and telephone within two weeks of the closing date.
  1. If unable to contact the winner within a further 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to withdraw prize entitlement and award the prize to a substitute chosen at the same time as the original.
  1. No cash or other alternative prize is available, and unless otherwise agreed in writing by the promoter the prize will only be available to the winner in person.
  1. The promoter reserves the right to feature the name, photographs and location of the winner in future promotions and prize draws.
  1. No responsibility can be accepted for any difficulties in entering or any entries delayed or corrupted.
  1. The winner’s name and county will appear on the website for a minimum period of three months from the closing date.
