What is the ‘Go Discover’ with Anglian Water promotion? Anglian Water is offering their customers the opportunity to take advantage of discounted entry to over 500 attractions and activities across the Anglian Water supply area (and 40 miles outside), along with over 700 across the UK.

You will find a selection of attractions and activities on this website for you to choose from.  When you have found one you like you can enter your Anglian Water customer account number when prompted and download a voucher for the attraction or activity of your choice. You can ‘Go Discover’ activities and attractions from the following categories:

How can I find an attraction or activity close to me? Visit www.awdaysout.co.uk where you will find three different search options on the homepage:

If you would like to ‘Go Discover’ in your local Anglian Water area (and 40 miles radius outside) then click on the drop down list headed ‘What type of attraction or sporting activity do you wish to explore?’. You can then select a category of your choice, all venues available within that category will then be displayed.

If you would like to ‘Go Discover’ further afield, you can click on the drop down headed ‘Visit some of the UK’s top attractions or sporting venues’ and select an attraction or activity of your choice.  You can then select the area that you would like to visit, all venues available within that area will then be displayed.

If you would like to visit an Anglian Water Leisure venue, you can click on the button on the right hand side of the homepage labelled ‘Anglian Water Leisure offers – click here’. A list of all activities available will appear.

Where can I find my Anglian Water customer account number? Please refer to your bill. Your account number can be found at the top right hand corner on Page 1 of your bill. The account number is 9 digits long e.g. 123456789.

Can I go to my chosen attraction or activity more than once during the promotional period? Only one offer may be redeemed per venue, per Anglian Water customer/account holder throughout the duration of the promotion.

Do I have to hand my on-line voucher in when I arrive at my chosen venue? Yes, you will need to hand in the ‘Go Discover’ with Anglian Water online voucher that you download from the website at the gate/till upon arrival at your chosen attraction or activity. With exception of GreenFree venues where you will be asked to follow a different redemption route.

What is the redemption route for the GreenFree golf 2 for 1 offer? To book your round of golf, please click on the ‘download voucher' button on the individual listing. You will then be asked to enter your contact details and your Anglian Water customer reference number. On submitting the form you will be taken to the GreenFree website where you will be asked to enter your contact details on the registration form to claim your Two for One Privilege Voucher which will then be sent to you by post. Upon receipt of this voucher you must pre-book your round of golf with your chosen golf club and present this voucher to the golf club to obtain your second round of golf free. Please do not contact the golf club until you are in possession of your voucher and directory.

What kind of offers can I expect? The majority of the offers available are -

  1. One free adult when accompanied by one full paying adult
  2. Two for the price of One on entrance

However, some venues may have different offers.  Please check the individual attraction or activities page on the website for full information.

How long will these vouchers be valid for? Most offers are valid until 29th March 2010 but are subject to the individual venue’s opening dates and times. Please note that some venues exclude Bank Holidays, special events and other peak periods, whilst other venues are only open during their seasonal opening times e.g. closed for the winter season. Please check the individual attraction or activities page on the website for full information.

Where can I use my online voucher? Your voucher can only be used for entry to the attraction or activity stated on your voucher. The voucher must be used on the dates specified in the Terms and Conditions (printed on the online voucher). Please note there may be ‘exclusion dates’ printed on your voucher – these are the dates your voucher cannot be used on.

Can I exchange attractions? Our vouchers give you a great choice of attractions and activities for your day out.

We’ll ask you to choose a local attraction or activity before you can print your online voucher. Your online voucher is specific to a local attraction or activity and you won’t be able to change venues once you’ve printed your online voucher, so please check availability before you print.

These vouchers are not transferable and once you have redeemed your voucher at your chosen venue you will not be able to reuse it.

Will my voucher guarantee a place at the listed attractions and activities? We have handpicked all the participating attractions and activities to make sure you enjoy your day out, but check availability before arriving at your chosen attraction or activity to avoid disappointment. Sports and leisure activities will need to be booked in advance. Please check the individual attraction or activities page on the website for full information for all dates the offers will be valid.

How many attractions/activities are included in this promotion? We have over 500 attractions and sports activities to choose from in the Anglian Water region (and 40 mile radius outside). Nationally, we have over 700 attractions and sports activities to choose from.

Can I use my online voucher with other offers or discounts? No, unfortunately vouchers cannot be used as part of a corporate booking or in conjunction with any concessionary or discounted rates.

I don’t have a printer. How can I claim my online voucher? Unfortunately you’ll need to print out your online voucher to enjoy the offer at an attraction or activity near you. If you don’t have a printer at home, you can always print out your voucher at the local library or an internet café.
